Iain began his career in financial services in the late 80’s as an investment adviser, winning many national productivity awards.

Partner of Independent Financial Solutions (a wealth management practice) from October 1990 to March 1998 – the practice rapidly expanded to become one of the most successful on the South Coast of England. Iain split away from his Partnership in March 1998 .

CEO of Integrity Financial Solutions Ltd from March 1998 to October 2009 – Iain set up Integrity Financial Solutions Ltd and The Endowment Exchange. Integrity Financial Solutions Ltd (authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority) provided wealth management services, whilst the Endowment Exchange rapidly became one of the largest TEP brokers in the UK.

Director of Life Settlement Consulting (LSC) - in April 2010, in its capacity as consultant, LSC launched The Strategic Life Settlement Fund Plc (SLSF), a Central Bank of Ireland Authorised Qualifying Investor Fund (QIF), listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. And, in March 2011 acting as distributor and consultant, LSC launched The Strategic LS Access (I) Fund Plc, a Central Bank of Ireland QIF, as a feeder fund to SLSF.

Director of Life Assets Trust S.A. from April 2010 to June 2012 – Iain became a director of a privately owned, Luxembourg-based, life settlement vehicle.

CEO of Integrity Reviews Ltd from January 2002 to date – In 2002 Iain set up The TEP Factory Ltd as a TEP Market Maker which grew to become a top 5 Market Maker in the UK. In 2009 The TEP Factory Ltd was rebranded to Integrity Reviews Ltd and now performs annual reviews on investors’ TEP portfolios.

CEO of UK Innovative Financial Designs Ltd (IFD) & its subsidiaries: UK Innovative LS Ltd, UK Innovative TI Ltd, UK Innovative Partnerships Ltd, April 2007 to date – IFD was set up to develop products in the traded instrument sector. In 2010 a range of Spot Currency Managed Accounts were launched. In February 2011, acting as distributor, IFD launched The HC I Life Settlement Fund, an FSA Authorised OEIC (Qualified Investor Scheme) as another feeder fund to SLSF. Additionally, in 2010 IFD began recruiting distribution Partners to generate interest in the life settlement and managed currency offerings with UK and Irish financial advisors and institutions.

CEO of PP Financing Limited (PPF), December 2010 to date – PPF was set up to provide long-term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects to institutional and qualifying high net worth clients utilising capital sources.

Investment Advisor to The Strategic Managed Alpha Fund, May 2012 to date – Iain is an appointed advisor to the managed currency fund’s Investment Manager, Emerging Asset Management Ltd.
